Administrative Affairs & Maintenance Unit

The Maintenance Unit is responsible for ensuring the readiness of university buildings and facilities, as well as following up on preventive and urgent maintenance to ensure the continuity of academic work.

Unit Overview

The unit specializes in monitoring the maintenance of university buildings, facilities, equipment, and machinery, organizing emergency response teams, and ensuring a safe and suitable environment for all college members.

Main Tasks

  • Monitoring the maintenance of university buildings and facilities.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Supervising the operation of technical equipment and machinery.
  • Organizing emergency maintenance teams within the college.
  • Ensuring a safe and suitable environment for students and staff.

Core Duties

  • Adhering to safety and quality standards during maintenance.
  • Accurately documenting all maintenance activities.
  • Providing technical and administrative support when needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Periodically updating preventive maintenance plans.
