The Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for organizing and managing the administrative and financial operations within the college. - Coordinating the work of administrative and technical staff across all college departments and distributing them according to workflow requirements.
- Recommending the promotion of administrative and technical staff in accordance with effective laws and regulations.
- Issuing letters of appreciation and gratitude to distinguished employees to encourage their efforts and stimulate institutional performance.
- Allocating the necessary financial budgets to scientific departments in coordination with department heads to serve the college's interest.
- Granting monetary rewards to outstanding employees based on approved guidelines and instructions.
- Recommending the referral of employees for investigation based on the State Employees' Discipline Law provisions when necessary.
