Here, the College of Basic Education has reached its third year of life, and it is fully aware of the magnitude of the mission entrusted to it in order to carry it out in a manner consistent with the ambitions of its employees and the circumstances of its establishment, and between the modernity of its establishment and the magnitude of its responsibility. There is a great will displayed by the employees of this college to perform their role to the fullest extent and to contribute effectively to preparing a conscious generation. He believes in human values within the framework of communication and dialogue and deals with all givens in order to build a harmonious society characterized by the spirit of citizenship, where freedom and social justice prevail.

The mission of the College of Basic Education is represented by the information, knowledge, and skills it provides to its students in teaching methods in order to prepare them scientifically and educationally to enable them to be teachers of a generation in which there are multiple methods of education and learning through the preparation of a qualified teacher who is appropriately qualified for the requirements of the stage and who has a balanced personality characterized by calmness and distance. look .

The role of the College of Basic Education is no longer a traditional role but rather has become a humanitarian process aimed at social communication with society, filtering the social reality and ridding it of problems and obstacles, and working in accordance with the modern concept of basic education, which aims to provide the student with the basic skills and abilities to adapt to his environment and society and to enhance his personal capabilities in order to be a productive individual capable of working and contributing effectively to the development process.
