
As part of its ongoing efforts to monitor the progress of the educational and administrative processes, strengthen institutional practices, and enhance the level of academic and administrative performance, the College Council of the College of Basic Education held its meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, Dean of the College, with the attendance of the Assistant Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, and the Council Rapporteur.
At the outset of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees, commending their continued efforts in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of teamwork, as well as continuous cooperation and coordination between the College Deanship, academic departments, and administrative units, in a manner that contributes to achieving the College’s academic and educational objectives and mission.
The meeting also addressed a number of issues and matters related to the academic and administrative affairs of the College. The educational process and mechanisms for enhancing the quality of teaching performance and following up on students’ affairs were discussed. In addition, the requirements and needs of the academic departments were reviewed, with emphasis placed on addressing and overcoming any obstacles that may hinder the smooth conduct of work, thereby ensuring an appropriate university environment for students, faculty members, and administrative staff.
