Under the supervision and follow-up of the specialized committee at the University Presidency (Technical Effort), the College of Basic Education continues its work in monitoring the implementation of the Student Information System (SIS) to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data entry in a manner that serves both the educational and administrative processes.
The committee emphasizes the importance of adhering to the instructions and specified timelines for completing tasks related to the system, as well as the necessity of full cooperation from both academic and administrative staff to ensure the achievement of optimal results.
It also calls upon all concerned parties to regularly review the entered data and to report any observations or obstacles they may encounter, in order to address them promptly and effectively.
