Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division organized a seminar titled "The Art of Public Speaking, Stress Management Skills, and Building Confidence." The lecture was conducted by the following faculty members:

The seminar covered multiple topics that focused on the concept of delivery as an effective tool for influence and persuasion, the importance of controlling stress and transforming it into positive energy that contributes to building self-confidence, and developing public speaking skills.
The seminar witnessed remarkable interaction from the attendees due to its practical approach and real-life examples, which contribute to shaping the university student's personality and preparing them to face the demands of academic and professional life with stability and awareness.
This seminar is part of a series of scientific and cultural activities that the college is keen to hold, stemming from its educational mission to build the individual before knowledge and to enhance their intellectual and behavioral skills within the university environment.
