
Under the Patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and Supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, organized a scientific seminar titled “Building Female Students’ Capacities for Participation in the Private Sector.”
The seminar was part of efforts to empower female students and prepare them to engage in the labor market, enhancing their skills in entrepreneurship and human development.
The seminar was presented by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst . Prof. Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, and covered several key topics, including the importance of developing personal and professional capacities, the role of the private sector in accommodating female talents, and showcasing successful experiences of students who have engaged in freelance work and small projects.

The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and students, who praised the importance of the topic in supporting the state’s initiatives for women’s empowerment and enhancing their contribution to the national economy.
This event is part of a series of academic activities organized by the college to prepare female students for the requirements of the labor market and to develop their skills in line with the current stage’s needs.
