College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, and with direct supervision from the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, a delegation from the College of Basic Education at the University of Kirkuk organized a visit to the State House for Nurturing Buds (Boys' Orphanage) in Kirkuk Governorate on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
The delegation included several faculty members, and the visit aimed to provide moral support to orphaned children and bring joy to their hearts, stemming from the sense of social and humanitarian responsibility that the college is keen to instill among its members.
The Dean of the college spoke during this visit about the university's role in community service in general and these groups in particular. He emphasized the importance of caring for this beloved segment of society and the necessity of building bridges of love and communication with them, pointing out that supporting orphans is a humanitarian, religious, and moral duty.
