Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division at the College of Basic Education, in cooperation with the Federal Commission of Integrity / Kirkuk Office, organized a scientific seminar entitled “The Role of Education in Promoting the Values of Integrity and Combating Corruption.” The seminar was delivered by Dr. Salah Mohammed Mohammed Saleh as part of ongoing academic and awareness-raising efforts aimed at promoting a culture of integrity and reinforcing the principles of transparency and accountability within society.
The seminar was organized in recognition of the vital role played by educational institutions in developing socially conscious individuals, shaping students’ ethical and national values, and fostering the principles of honesty, uprightness, and respect for the rule of law. These efforts contribute to preparing a generation that recognizes integrity not merely as a slogan to be advocated, but as a fundamental value embodied in everyday conduct and practical actions, with far-reaching implications for individuals, institutions, and society as a whole.
