Promotion of a Faculty Member at the College of Arts to Assistant Professor

It has been decided to promote Taama Melah Noumi Al-Obeidi, a faculty member at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, from the rank of Lecturer to Assistant Professor in the specialty of History / Islamic History - Al-Andalus.

The promotion was granted in accordance with the Scientific Promotion Instructions No. 167 of 2017, and the approval of the minutes of the 19th session of the Central Scientific Promotion Committee held on June 23, 2026.
