The Department of History at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, hosted public discussions for the graduation research of fourth-year students. The event took place in a distinguished academic atmosphere, reflecting the college's commitment to supporting the students' scientific journey and enhancing their research skills.
The discussions were held in the presence of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Omer Najmuddin Inja, along with the Vice-Deans for Scientific Affairs, several faculty members, and members of the department's scientific committees.
The submitted research covered a variety of topics in the fields of Ancient History, Islamic History, and Modern and Contemporary History. Students presented the findings of their studies to the scientific committees, which evaluated the scientific and methodological aspects while providing necessary feedback and recommendations.
In this context, the Head of the History Department, Dr. Azad Majeed Mohammed, emphasized that the discussions were characterized by seriousness and scientific rigor. He noted that this event serves as a significant milestone in the students' academic careers and provides an opportunity to showcase their research capabilities and apply the knowledge acquired throughout their years of study.
