The College of Arts Organizes a Scientific Training Workshop on the Relationship Between Literature and Other Arts

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omar Najm Al-Deen Enja, the College of Arts/Continuing Education Division, in collaboration with the Department of Arabic Language and the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, organized a scientific training workshop titled "The Relationship Between Literature and Other Arts" on Wednesday and Thursday, November 27-28, 2024.

The workshop aimed to provide a detailed explanation of the relationship between literature and other forms of art and its impact on the life of intellectuals. It featured lectures delivered by the Dean of the College, the Head of the Arabic Language Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Kuistan Najm Al-Deen Enja, as well as Lecturers Ivan Fahmi and Dr. Mustafa Saleh Faris.

The workshop included presentations on prominent art forms, such as painting, theater, photography, and colors. It also explored the interplay between literary genres and addressed several arts utilized in radio and television from a media perspective.
