College of Arts Holds a Scientific Symposium on Media Strategies

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al_deen Enja, the Continuing Education Division, in collaboration with the Department of Media, held a scientific symposium on Monday (October 21, 2024), titled "Media Strategies and Their Impact on Political Balance and the Rule of Law."

The Dean of the College delivered a welcoming speech at the beginning of the event, emphasizing the need to adopt moderation in solving political issues and the importance of adhering to the principle of centrism in resolving conflicts.

Afterward, the session's moderator, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sinan Abdulaziz Abdulrahim, introduced the lecturer for the symposium, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Abdulrasheed Al-Janabi from the Department of Media, who gave a lecture titled "The Dialectical Relationship Between Political Balance and the Rule of Law."

Additionally, Professor Kawa Muhammad Amin Talabani, a judicial investigator at the Kirkuk Court, delivered a lecture titled "Political Balance, Establishing the Rule of Law, and the Role of Media in It."
