College of Arts Holds a Festival on the Occasion of the Prophet’s Birthday

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enja, the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Arts organized a religious and cultural festival on Tuesday (September 17, 2024) to celebrate the Prophet’s Birthday.

The festival also witnessed the presence of the head of the Sunni Endowment Office in Kirkuk, Mr. Salem Majid Wali, who was welcomed by the Dean of the College of Arts, along with the presence of the Assistant Deans for Academic and Administrative Affairs, as well as heads of departments, a group of faculty members, and students from the college.

The festival included the recitation of poems, verses, and religious chants praising the love of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). Additionally, a short film about the Prophet's migration (PBUH) and the teachings of his principles was screened.
