College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk has announced the issuance of the university order for those accepted into graduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025.
The college has urged the accepted students to complete the following requirements:
1. Report to the university's Presidency / Security Permits Department, bringing with them identification documents (original and copy) and personal photos.
2. Visit the Legal Affairs Division in the college to complete the procedures related to the surety bond for graduate students.
3. Employees must submit their study leave within 90 days of the issuance of the university order for admission. Otherwise, their acceptance will be considered null.
4. All accepted students must undergo a medical examination at Azadi Teaching Hospital to confirm they are free from drug and psychoactive substance abuse.
5. The Students who are accepted under the (Private Expense Channel) must report to the Accounts Division in the college to pay the first installment before the commencement date.
