Collaboration between Colleges of Arts at the Universities of Kirkuk and Samarra

College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, represented by Professor Dr. Omar Najm Al-Deen Enja, Dean of the College, and the College of Arts at the University of Samarra, represented by Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Allo, Dean of the College, have decided to establish direct relations aimed at documenting, enhancing, and developing scientific and cultural cooperation between the two colleges.

The two parties agreed to exchange visits of faculty members to share experiences, deliver lectures, and conduct joint research.

It was also agreed to participate in supervising and discussing graduate theses and dissertations, as well as to exchange expertise, and to hold conferences, seminars, and training workshops.

The agreement also stipulated that each contracting party would extend invitations to representatives of the other party to organize activities and participate in scientific conferences, seminars, workshops, and study sessions, with relevant researchers being invited to participate.

The two contracting parties will also exchange visits for training purposes or to share expertise, as well as exchange books, publications, dissertations, scientific journals, and research findings in scientific fields and in languages that benefit both parties. Additionally, the contracting parties will exchange student delegations for scientific and cultural visits.
