Developmental Course at the College of Arts on Strategic Planning and Its Role in Higher Education Institutions

The College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk organized a developmental course titled "Strategic Planning and its Role in Higher Education Institutions."

The lectures delivered during the course highlighted the importance of strategic planning as a vital roadmap for institutions. It aims to define the vision and long-term objectives while directing available resources toward achieving them efficiently. Its significance lies in providing a clear direction, enhancing competitiveness, improving decision-making, anticipating and managing crises, and ensuring the alignment of all stakeholders' efforts to achieve sustainability and success, in order to realize the desired benefits of the objectives, particularly within higher education institutions.
