Dean of the College of Arts Participates in a Scientific Seminar on Safe Use of Cosmetics

Professor Dr. Omar Najm Al-Deen Enja, Dean of the College of Arts, participated in the international scientific seminar, "Natural Beauty: Safe Use of Cosmetics."
In his online intervention, the Dean emphasized the necessity of keeping the skincare routine as simple as possible, including basic steps like cleansing and moisturizing, as well as paying attention to skin protection from the sun. He explained that exposure to ultraviolet rays increases the production of free radicals and damages collagen, which accelerates the appearance of wrinkles and increases the risk of skin cancer.
Academics from Iraq, Algeria, and the United States of America also participated in the seminar.
