Scientific Seminar at the College of Arts on the Role of Women in Developing a Sustainable Work Environment

As part of its scientific activity plan for International Women’s Day, the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk organized a scientific seminar titled "The Role of Women in Developing a Sustainable Work Environment."

During the seminar, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Omer Najmuddin Inja, delivered a lecture highlighting the distinguished role of women in fostering a sustainable scientific environment. He emphasized that women represent the entire society rather than just half of it, noting that they possess exceptional capabilities that provide opportunities for creativity, innovation, and productivity. He further underscored women's vital role in raising and educating future generations to become productive members of society.
