University of Kirkuk’s College of Arts Organizes Summer Course on Volunteerism and Community Service

The College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk organized a summer course focusing on the culture of volunteerism, community service, and psychological support.

The program included lectures delivered by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Omar Najm Al-Din Inja, and faculty member Dr. Salwa Jirjis Salman, who highlighted the vital role of such initiatives in educating younger generations about psychological support, motivation, and enhancing social awareness.

As part of the course, participants also carried out a number of voluntary initiatives in the city of Kirkuk, reflecting the college’s commitment to fostering civic engagement and community development.
