A faculty member from the College of Arts participates in a scientific conference

Dr. Turki Hassan Najm, a lecturer in the Media Department at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, participated in the Fifth International Scientific Conference and the 17th Annual Conference hosted by the College of Media at the University of Baghdad. The conference was held under the theme: "Media and Communication Technology and Their Role in Enhancing Dialogue Between Civilizations."

His contribution to the conference, which saw distinguished participation from Arab and Iraqi researchers, was a research paper titled "The Role of Citizen Journalism in Combating Hate Speech and Mechanisms for Building a Tolerant Social Dialogue in Iraq."
