A Lecture by the Dean of the College of Arts on the Culture of Preserving Public Property

As part of the activities of the Psychological Guidance and Educational Counseling Week organized by the University of Kirkuk, the Department of Student Dormitories held an awareness lecture on the importance of preserving public property.

The lecture, delivered by the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al_Deenn Enja, addressed various aspects of this issue, emphasizing the role of every individual in maintaining public property as an integral part of our environment and collective responsibility.
