Dean of the College of Arts Participates in the Meeting of Deans of Arts and Languages Colleges at Iraqi Universities

The Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omar Najm al-Din Inja, participated in the meeting of deans of Arts and Languages colleges from all Iraqi universities. The meeting, which is the first for the current academic year, was held at the College of Arts, University of Anbar.

During the meeting, several joint scientific and administrative files were discussed. Views were exchanged regarding the development of academic programs and ways to enhance the quality of education and scientific research in Arts and Languages colleges across Iraqi universities.

He confirmed that extensive discussions were held regarding the obstacles facing departments within the colleges of Arts and ways to overcome and address them using scientific and academic methods. Additionally, several files were discussed regarding the establishment of new departments and postgraduate studies in accordance with regulations and instructions, as well as the formation of specialized committees and other related matters.

Dr. Omar Najm al-Din Inja, accompanied by the other deans, toured the facilities of the College of Arts at the University of Anbar, inspecting its infrastructure, lecture halls, laboratories, and scientific activities.

Furthermore, the Administrative Assistant to the President of the University of Anbar, Dr. Abdul-Basit Jasim Mohammed, presented a shield of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the University President to Prof. Dr. Omar Najm al-Din Inja. This gesture was in recognition of his efforts, continuous cooperation, and support for elevating the academic standard.
