A lecturer from the College of Arts was selected as a member of the Iraqi National Women's Team

Ms. Alaa Abdul Hassan Jawlan, a lecturer in the Department of Applied Geography at the College of Arts, was selected as a member of the Iraqi National Women's Team, which is affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Iraqi Council of Ministers for Iraqi women's affairs.

The National Women's Team aims to bring about positive and effective change in the lives of Iraqi women, enhance their leading role in building society, and believe in the necessity of active participation in the programs, initiatives, and campaigns launched by the team. This contributes to strengthening the position of Iraqi women and opens new horizons of opportunities for them to be an essential part of the national construction and development process.
