Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our trustworthy Messenger and upon his good and pure family and his noble companions and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment and after....

It is clear that the college is a major part of educational, pedagogical and cultural institutions and has a major role in society. For the purpose of its organization and stability, our dear college, the esteemed College of Arts, is distinguished from the rest of the educational and pedagogical institutions among the colleges of the university and others. Because it bears a name, which is the quality of literature, and names are based on their descriptions, therefore our college seeks to be a leader in spreading good manners, morals, and the best behavior: both verbal and actual, and for its members, teachers and employees, to be characterized by these good qualities and to pass them on to our dear students, so that they are among the legitimate means. To achieve legitimate goals: to bring benefit to them and ward off harm from them; Because our dear students are the shining star and the shining sun, and they are the goal of college. Because without them, the college and university would not have existed. Therefore, all human, material, and moral capabilities and energies must be provided to serve our dear students, regardless of their gender, color, language, religion, and sect. To train them scientifically so that they can be competent elements that can be used in society for the purpose of construction, construction and urbanization.
