About the unit:
It is the unit responsible for receiving and entering warehouse materials of all kinds, including office furniture, electronic and electrical equipment, and stationery that are purchased by the college, organizing these inputs in a formal and official manner through entry and exit documents, delivering them to the departments, divisions, and all college units, and providing the college with its needs for office stationery.
Unit tasks:
1- Providing all departments, divisions and units in the college with their needs of stationery, electrical appliances, office furniture and machinery in accordance with the warehouse’s controls.
2- The warehouse management conducts an annual inventory of the college’s assets in order to know what materials the college needs for the coming years.
