Legal Affairs Division

About the division:
The Legal Division is responsible for following up on the college’s legal matters in various fields, including organizing student sponsorships for both primary and postgraduate studies. Their legal role is highlighted in the bonus and promotion committees for professors and employees of the college, as well as investigative committees and providing legal advice on the various matters required by administrative work. the activities:
1. The work of the investigative committees and the follow-up of the actions taken based on the recommendations decided by the committee after obtaining the approval of the Dean of the College.
2. Providing legal opinion and advice in various areas, including applications submitted by college professors and employees.
3. Announcement of the public bidding for (the right to photograph and the reproduction office) in accordance with the Law on the Sale and Rent of State Funds No. (21) of 2013, and the completion of all legal procedures related to the matter and in coordination with the relevant relevant authorities after the approval of the Dean of the College.
4. Organizing student sponsorships. The Division works to organize student sponsorships to preserve state funds during the period the student spends studying.
5. Achieving justice among all college members in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and instructions.
6. Answering books on legal affairs.
7. Opening a special register for legal contracts and recording them in all aspects (names of the parties, contract duration, contract amount, obligations of the parties).
8. Create a mini legal library containing the set of applicable laws.
