7. Soil surveying, classification for agricultural projects, and land evaluation for various uses.
8. Training farmers on how to establish modern dairy processing plants.
9. Training farmers on modern protected agriculture techniques inside plastic houses.
10. Drawing a site plan for the farm, determining the types of crops and activities that match the nature of the soil, water, climate, and location of the farm, according to the sector:
a. Agricultural sector (vegetables/fruits/ornamental palms - fodder/ornamental plants/roses).

13. Contracting to implement all agricultural operations including conducting pest control campaigns for orchards and agricultural fields, implementing sprinkler and drip irrigation networks, afforestation campaigns, garden engineering, vegetable and ornamental plant seedling production.
14. Conducting scientific research to develop agricultural production methods.
15. Combatting agricultural pests for all types of crops and combating ground insects affecting government buildings and residential buildings.
