The Consulting Office - Activities

 1. Providing scientific and technical consultations and committing to scientific and technical supervision for the implementation of agricultural projects in the fields of crop production, animal husbandry, mechanization, and the development of modern agricultural methods at competitive prices.
2. Preparation and presentation of economic and technical feasibility studies for planned projects (agricultural, animal husbandry, poultry, beekeeping, and feed manufacturing) to assist investment decision-makers in achieving their goals for both public and private sectors.
3. Supervising, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining agricultural activities wholly or partly for both government and private sectors.
4. Preparation and conducting of scientific and training courses to develop capabilities and skills in all specialties, establishment of training projects in agricultural, animal, and environmental guidance for employees and investors, and developing administrative skills.
5. Conducting special courses on the operation and use of devices in laboratories, dealing with soil salinity, optimal use of water resources, utilizing saline water in agriculture, maximizing the use of organic fertilizers, and focusing on reducing chemical fertilizers.
6. Consultations in beekeeping and the pests affecting it.
7. Soil surveying, classification for agricultural projects, and land evaluation for various uses.
8. Training farmers on how to establish modern dairy processing plants.
9. Training farmers on modern protected agriculture techniques inside plastic houses.
10. Drawing a site plan for the farm, determining the types of crops and activities that match the nature of the soil, water, climate, and location of the farm, according to the sector:
a. Agricultural sector (vegetables/fruits/ornamental palms - fodder/ornamental plants/roses).
b. Animal husbandry sector (sheep farming/cattle fattening/beekeeping).
c. Poultry sector (broiler and layer chicken farming).
11. Providing consultations in determining suitable types and programs of fertilization for the agricultural sector within the project.
12. Environmental consultations including physical and chemical water tests.
13. Contracting to implement all agricultural operations including conducting pest control campaigns for orchards and agricultural fields, implementing sprinkler and drip irrigation networks, afforestation campaigns, garden engineering, vegetable and ornamental plant seedling production.
14. Conducting scientific research to develop agricultural production methods.
15. Combatting agricultural pests for all types of crops and combating ground insects affecting government buildings and residential buildings.
