The College of Agriculture/Hawija at Kirkuk University organized a scientific symposium entitled “Overfishing in Iraq and its impact on the environmental balance,” with the participation of the dean, employees and students of the college.

The symposium included a lecture in which Mr. Dhafer Dahham Al-Raisi explained the dangers that the phenomenon of poaching poses to birds, animals and aquatic organisms and its repercussions on the environment.
