The Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is considered the beating heart of the college because it carries out functions and tasks that enhance its position in the college’s organizational structure and makes it a means of survival and continuity in activity and success through main activities, the most important of which are job analysis and description, human resources planning, in addition to the traditional activity related to human resources affairs in the college.

The tasks of the Human Resources Division coordinate between its affiliated units to accomplish the following:

Complete lists of incentives for our college members (teachers, technicians, and administrators).
Receiving requests and completing confirmation of continued employee service.
Complete deletion and creation schedules for all members of our college who are eligible for promotion.
Complete remuneration tables for all members of our college.
Completing the statistics required by the university in record time (age of faculty members - years of service - number of associates - grades - job titles - salaries).
- Conducting and following up on political separation transactions.
Service additions (contract service, military service, etc.) and follow-up with the Retirement Department and the university.
Attending periodic meetings at the university to evaluate and follow up on work progress, discuss obstacles, and complete related reports.
Completing leave procedures (maternity - medical committees - sick leave - spousal accompaniment... etc.)
Referring employees to retirement (legal age - registration upgrade - medical committee decision - upon request).
Transfer and placement transactions.

Update owners’ data periodically.

Follow up on incoming and outgoing mail and document it electronically.

Printing and proofreading books.

Completing integrity transactions for all members of our college (faculty members, technicians, administrators, and daily managers).

Providing the university with vacant academic degrees.

Updating the staff and submitting it to the university periodically (every 3 months).

Update daily wage data and send it periodically (every 3 months).

Complete the job description and present it to our esteemed college board.

Work on electronic governance, complete the human resources system, circulate the forms to all departments and formations affiliated with the college, verify them before subjecting them to the electronic data entry process, and follow up closely with all departments.
