Ladies and gentlemen, faculty members in the College of Education for Pure Sciences.. Ladies and gentlemen, male and female employees of the college.
In the name of God and with God's blessing, we start the new school year 2023-2024 we ask God Almighty to grant us, all Iraqis, and all humankind health and safety and asking to protect us from all the evil of epidemics and diseases. On this occasion, I urge you, brothers and sisters, to do your utmost to make the current school year a successful year. We hope to offer our student's the best resources to provide them with the knowledge necessary to enter the arena of professional and scientific life. Finally, On my behalf and your behalf, I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the presidency of the University of Kirkuk represented by the President of the University and the respected members of the University CouncilFor the tireless efforts made by them in order to make the educational process successful and advance the University of Kirkuk to the highest scientific ranks and international classifications, and God is behind the intention.
