Student Registration Requirements

Documents required from the student applying to register in the college:

1. Preparatory school graduation document (original) + colored copy number (2) or original graduation confirmation.

2. School card.

3. Civil status ID or unified card (colored copy number 2).

4. Iraqi citizenship certificate or unified card (colored copy number 2).

5. Residence card (2 colored copies).

6. Ration card (2 colored copies).

7. Medical examination book.
8. Recent color photos (6)

9. A colored copy of the civil status identity card or the unified card of the father and mother.

10. A sponsor will sponsor the student during the years of study, provided that the sponsor is a government employee.

Note:

- Bringing the student’s original documents and attending in person to register and proceed.

Documents required from the sponsor:

1. A letter of support from the sponsor’s department addressed to the University of Kirkuk/Computer Science and Information Technology, indicating the amount of the nominal and total salary, the job title, and that the sponsor is continuing to work.
2. Civil status ID or unified card (colored copy number 2).

3. Iraqi citizenship certificate or unified card (colored copy number 2).

4. Residence card (2 colored copies).

5. Department ID (colour copy number 2).

Bring the original documents mentioned above to the sponsor and be present in person.
