Human Resources Division

Tasks of the Human Resources Division:

1- Granting college employees regular vacations, sick leaves, and other vacations in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and instructions.

2- Granting annual promotions and bonuses and changing job titles to college members.

3- Referring employees of legal age to retirement.

4- Giving letters of thanks and appreciation to college members.

5- Transferring and placing employees between colleges, departments, and divisions in a way that ensures the flow of work and develops and raises the efficiency of performance.

6- Issuing orders and assigning tasks to college members.
7- Forming permanent and temporary committees related to implementing the college’s tasks.

8- Transferring and assigning the services of teaching staff and employees from the college staff to other colleges or departments and vice versa, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and instructions.

9- Sending teachers and employees inside or outside the country.

10- Confirming employees who are on probation in accordance with the Civil Service Law.

11- Providing members with support for continuing service and the amount of salary for various state departments.

12- Direct follow-up and disengagement of members after they enjoy various leaves, placements, transfers, and retirement.
13- Preparing the staffing for teachers, and technical and administrative employees and having it approved by the Ministry of Finance.

14- Follow up on the attendance and departure process for all college members through electronic fingerprint statements.

15- Follow up on the electronic archiving of books issued and received by the college.
