Application and Admission Controls
Mechanism for applying for postgraduate studies and the documents required to apply for the academic year 2023-2024
1- The application will be electronic via the link (http://adm.rdd.edu.iq), starting from Tuesday, 2/5/2023 until Thursday, 1/6/2023.
2- The submission of those covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law and the Law on Compensation for Those Affected by War Operations, Military Errors and Terrorist Operations shall be through electronic forms via the electronic link (http://students.alshuhadaa.gov.iq)
3- Withdrawal of the basic forms (a color copy and on one page with two sides for forms consisting of more than one page), which is a form form (500-501-504) and the form containing white ink or scratching and deletion is not accepted, taking into account filling out all the fields of the form and signing it by the applicant exclusively, otherwise the transaction is neglected
4- Privileges category forms for the academic year 2023-2024: -
A- A form for the families of martyrs before 2003 and the category of martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces, form (502), signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
B- Political prisoners form Form (503) signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
C- Form for compensation for victims, Form (700) signed and stamped by the competent authorities.
d- Form for people with disabilities and special needs, form (600), accompanied by a copy of the medical report signed by the competent medical committee, which supports the disability and the percentage of disability.
5- Documents required for applicants for postgraduate studies: -
A - For applicants for doctoral studies: a copy of the graduation document addressed to the University of Kirkuk, College of Nursing / Division of Graduate Studies, in which the average is fixed in number and writing and identical to the scientific background of the applicant for a doctorate degree by submitting the two graduation documents (bachelor's - master's) in addition to the equivalency certificate issued by (Department of Scholarships in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Baghdad) for applicants who have primary or higher degrees from non-Iraqi universities.
B - For applicants for master's and higher diploma: a color copy of the graduation document addressed to the University of Kirkuk / College of Nursing / Division of Graduate Studies (in which the average is fixed in number and writing and matches the scientific background of the applicant and the rate of the first student is fixed on the batch in the scientific section for the first and second rounds and for the morning and evening studies)
C- Colored copies of personal documents: 4 color photos with a white background, civil status ID or unified national card, nationality certificate, ration card, residence card (to be reproduced in one paper).
D- In addition to the documents required in paragraph (5/a, b, c), employees applying for postgraduate studies must bring a service summary signed by the director and stamped and fixed in it the date of the first appointment and the date of commencement after the last certificate with a letter of no objection to apply to graduate studies with the following phrase:
(The department does not object to applying to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2023-2024) and signed by the competent authorized department, the ministry, or the entity not associated with the ministry, except for the employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in universities, the letter of no objection is signed by the university president or his authorized representative.
E - For the employee whose average is less than (65) bring a letter supporting his job service for a period of not less than (5) years after the last certificate and be submitted on the private expense channel with an official letter of exception signed by the (competent minister).
F - With regard to employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research applying for doctoral studies who hold scientific titles (assistant lecturer, teacher, assistant professor), bring the university order for granting them scientific titles.
G - For applicants for study during employment or assignment in accordance with Law (20 of 2020), bring a letter of no objection in the following form (the department's non-objection to studying during the period of employment or assignment at private expense in accordance with Law 20 of 2020).
6- Attach certificates of proficiency (English, Arabic, computer).
7- All the documents mentioned above are collected in one file and in (pdf) format and sent to the e-mail address of the Graduate Studies Division.
8- Submit the original paper file with a color photocopy in addition to a compact disc (CD) that includes all the documents mentioned in the form of a file (pdf) to the Graduate Studies Division after completing the electronic form and on the day following the completion of the electronic submission.
9- The applicant bears all legal consequences in the event that the paper documents do not match the documents submitted by him in the e-mail.
10- Interviews are conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates for admission to postgraduate studies on the day of the competitive exam and according to Form 506.
11- Applicants with equivalent certificates shall be notified of the situation of non-conformity of the scientific background or the increase in the
percentage of scientific clearing from the percentage specified according to the instructions within a week from the date of their submission.
12- Security permits are approved for those accepted only.
13- Submit the required documents according to each study in the nylon file according to the following colors: -
A - Masters / channel of the year yellow file.
B- Masters / Channel Private Blue File.
C- Masters / channel martyrs oil red.
