Student Activities Division Organizes Chess Championship for Scientific Departments
On Sunday, October 13, 2024, the Student Activities Division at the College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a chess championship involving all scientific departments.
The Dean of the College, who presided over the opening ceremony, stated that this tournament serves as a preliminary stage for selecting the college’s official team to participate in the upcoming Chess Championship of the University of Kirkuk and other Iraqi universities.
He expressed his sincere appreciation to the organizers and the Student Activities Division for their efforts, and extended his best wishes for continued success, excellence, and meaningful participation to all students representing their respective departments.
