English Women's Affairs Unit
The Women's Affairs Unit is dedicated to supporting and following up on issues related to female staff and students, providing a safe and equal educational and working environment while promoting rights and opportunities within the college.
The unit aims to empower women within the college, monitor the needs of female students and employees, provide appropriate consultation and support, and ensure the implementation of policies that guarantee women's rights and provide a supportive and secure environment.
Main Tasks
- Following up on issues and needs related to female students and staff.
- Providing support and guidance to female personnel when needed.
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and equal educational and working environment.
- Monitoring the implementation of policies protecting women's rights.
- Organizing programs and workshops for women's empowerment within the college.
Core Duties
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for women across all departments.
- Guaranteeing that concerns and proposals are addressed effectively and fairly.
- Collaborating with other departments to facilitate services for female students and staff.
- Documenting all activities and initiatives related to women's affairs.
- Enhancing awareness of women's rights and available opportunities within the college.
