College of Dentistry Welcomes Visiting Professor from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

The College of Dentistry at the University of Kirkuk received Associate Professor Dr. Bilal Khalilzadeh, Associate Professor at the Stem Cell Research Center, Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Iran. He was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Abbawi Saleh, accompanied by a delegation from the Presidency of the University of Kirkuk.

The meeting addressed avenues for scientific and academic cooperation, particularly in the field of stem cells and their modern applications in dentistry. Discussions also included the possibility of organizing specialized workshops and lectures aimed at enhancing the scientific and research capacities of both students and faculty members of the College.

For his part, the Dean emphasized the College of Dentistry’s commitment to strengthening its scientific relations with regional and international universities and research centers, noting that academic openness and the exchange of scientific expertise contribute significantly to keeping pace with recent developments and to advancing the quality of education and scientific research within the College.
