College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, the (Building and Peace) Football Championship kicked off on the morning of Wednesday, October 22, 2025, with the participation of several teams representing the academic departments.
The opening day of the championship witnessed the inaugural match between the third-year team of the English Department and the second-year team of the Primary Education Department, in a spirited atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
This championship comes as part of the college’s efforts to promote student activities, strengthen the values of cooperation, development, and peace among students, and support and encourage athletic talents within an integrated academic environment.
