Registration Division

About the Registration Division:

 The Registration Division was established with the beginning of the founding of the College of Basic Education and is considered one of the important divisions in the college and plays a prominent role in the student’s educational journey through its activities and tasks shown below:  

Tasks of the Registration Division

1- Receiving students accepted into our college at the beginning of each new academic year.

2- Registering students’ information.

3- Organizing a special file for each student, male and female, and keeping it in the Registration Division.

4- Forming committees by the college to receive and interview students accepted to our college.

5- Organizing lists of students’ names and distributing them to the departments.

6- Issuing administrative orders for students accepted into our college according to their departments.

7- Organizing lists of students’ names and conducting annual statistics.

8- Promoting transportation and hosting transactions for students in accordance with the Ministry’s controls and instructions.

9- Organizing lists of hosted and transferred students to and from our college.

10- Issuing administrative orders for transferred and hosted students.

11- Verifying students’ preparatory study documents.

12- Providing students with letters of support from official departments.

13- Providing students with sick leave forms within the geographical area.

14- Informing the scientific departments in our college of all instructions related to our students issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

15- Archiving student information.

16- Verifying the information of students about to graduate according to their identification documents for the purpose of issuing documents accurately after graduation.

17- Coordinating with the Accounts Division to organize a mechanism to pay tuition fees for evening study students and students accepted into our college on the education channel.

 

College Registration Requirements for Primary Study:

A- Verifying the name of the student applying for preliminary study with the central admission lists received to us from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Central Admissions Department.

B- Submission of the following documents by the student:

1 - The middle school graduation certificate is certified by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate.

2 - The medical committee’s letter confirming the student’s safety from physical disabilities and diseases.

3 – Nationality certificate + nationality + residence card + 4 recent color photographs of the student.

4 - A guarantor guarantees through a guarantor that guarantees the student against any violations or legal accountability.

5 - The student’s acceptance into the college’s departments will be based on the student’s total grades recorded in the preparatory school document.

 

Documents Required for Warranty:

1- Civil status ID or the sponsor’s unified card (colored copy).

2- Nationality certificate or unified card of the sponsor (colored copy).

3- The sponsor’s ration card (colored copy)

4- The sponsor’s residence card (colored copy)

5- All the above documents are an original copy and the sponsor’s attendance in person at the Legal Division.

6- An endorsement from his department proves that he is continuing in his work.
