Quality Assurance Division

The division's tasks are as follows:

1- Completing a performance evaluation file for the college’s members (staff), including faculty and staff, and evaluating their performance annually.

2- Completing improvement plans for all administrative and scientific facilities and aspects of the college and following them up periodically.

3- Creating databases for teachers and students in the academic departments, divisions, and administrative units affiliated with the college.

4- Completing the college’s self-evaluation study annually.

5- Course coding annually.

6- Preparing the academic program description annually.

7- Follow up the work of scientific departments administratively and scientifically.

8- Responding to letters received from scientific departments, divisions, and administrative units within the college, and from the university and the ministry.

9- Completing evaluative questionnaires, such as the students’ opinions of the teachers and the extent of their satisfaction with the educational process and the conduct of the tests annually.

10- Supervising the college laboratories and their compliance with national standards for laboratory accreditation.

11- Working to implement academic and organizational quality standards and academic accreditation in the college.

12- Coordinating with college professors to complete and continually update CV information.

13- Adopting scientific integrity between our college and private colleges or others, and following up on evaluation examinations between universities.

14- Following up on all necessary Iraqi and international universities for the purpose of keeping pace with them in the national classification or the international classification of international universities.
