The Presidency of Kirkuk University has issued a university decree promoting the Dean of the College of Basic Education,Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, specializing in History/Abbasid History, from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Professor. This decision comes after fulfilling all scientific promotion requirements, pursuant to the Law of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in execution of the ministerial directive.
This academic achievement reflects the distinguished scholarly standing of the College of Basic Education and its faculty members, contributing to the enhancement of academic rigor and the advancement of educational standards at the university.
