Selection of Distinguished Faculty Members from the College of Basic Education for University Curriculum Development Committees to Enhance Academic Standards and Modernize Educational Pathways

In a step reflecting the distinguished academic presence of the College of Basic Education and its active role in advancing the academic environment, a select group of its faculty members has been chosen to join the Advisory Expert Committee for the development of university curricula. This initiative aims to keep pace with the latest academic trends and to elevate the quality of higher education.
The selection includes Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali in the History Curriculum Development Committee; Assistant Professor Dr. Walaa Hashim Mohammed in the English Language Curriculum Development Committee; Assistant Professor Dr. Shwan Khazal Rashid in the History Curriculum Development Committee; and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Hussein Hamad in the Curriculum Development Committee for Primary Grade Teachers, alongside a distinguished group of academics from various institutions.
This selection highlights the academic competence and expertise of the college’s faculty members, as the committee will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and developing curricula in accordance with modern standards and in response to ongoing academic developments and the needs of the educational sector.
Furthermore, this participation represents a strong presence of the college in academic forums and a meaningful contribution to supporting the advancement of higher education and improving the quality of its outcomes.
