An Inspection Tour to Monitor the Regularity of Evening Lectures at the College of Basic Education, University of Kirkuk

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of the educational process and advance academic standards, and in accordance with the directives of the Presidency of the University of Kirkuk emphasizing the importance of close field monitoring of lecture proceedings, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Basic Education, accompanied by the relevant committee from the University Presidency, conducted a comprehensive inspection tour to monitor the regularity of evening lectures.
The visit aimed to assess the status of the teaching process in the evening study program and the extent to which instructors and students adhere to the scheduled timetables. It also sought to evaluate the educational environment and its suitability for achieving optimal learning outcomes. The tour included visits to several classrooms, where direct observations were made regarding the progress of lectures, methods of delivering academic content, and the level of student engagement within the classroom.
During the tour, the committee emphasized the importance of adhering to the specified lecture schedules and the need to adopt modern teaching methods that enhance students’ understanding and comprehension. It also stressed the importance of providing an appropriate educational environment that meets the requirements of university education.
