College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
According to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the presidency of the University of Kirkuk, and under the supervision of the Department of Media and Government Communication, the Media and Government Communication Division at the College of Basic Education organized an awareness activity to introduce the "Ur" government service for receiving complaints and reports from citizens thru digital platforms.
The activity included distributing brochures and explanatory posters to the college staff and students, and explaining the process of accessing the service via a QR code, as part of the Republic of Iraq's government services portal. This activity comes as an enhancement of the principle of transparency and the activation of communication between educational institutions and the community.
