College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, esteemed Dean of the College of Basic Education, a specialized scientific seminar titled "Enhancing the Culture of Human Rights in Universities" was held today, Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the First Grade Teacher's Hall, as part of the activities of the Human Rights Unit in collaboration with the Continuing Education Division.
The seminar was presented by a select group of the college's faculty members, namely:

Asst. inst. Rahiq Issa Muhammad
Asst. Inst. Badra Najm Abdul
This was under the direct supervision and coordination of the head of the Human Rights Unit, instructor Israa Yaseen Mohammed, who emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of human rights within the university community and instilling values of respect, justice, and good citizenship among students. The seminar witnessed wide attendance and significant interaction from students and several faculty members, reflecting the college's constant commitment to instilling noble humanitarian principles in its academic environment.
