On the occasion of Iraqi Legislation Day, the College of Basic Education organized a legal seminar on the topic of "Discipline of State Employees." The seminar was attended by the administrative deputy, several faculty members, college staff, and those interested in legal matters. The seminar, delivered by lecturer Qasid Fadhil Al-Shammari, discussed the State Employee Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991, with a focus on the importance of adhering to regulations and job instructions to ensure the smooth operation of government institutions in accordance with applicable laws. The seminar also addressed the disciplinary actions taken against employees who violate regulations and the guidelines that govern the relationship between employees and their respective departments.
