Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division at the College of Basic Education, University of Kirkuk, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Investing in Early Childhood: A Strategic Approach to Building Human Capital.”
The seminar was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Raheeq Issa Mohammed and attended by a number of faculty members, researchers, and individuals interested in educational affairs.
The seminar was held as part of the College’s ongoing commitment to promoting scientific and educational awareness of contemporary issues, highlighting topics that have a significant impact on the future of generations, and emphasizing the vital role of educational institutions in human development and societal advancement.
