Student registration

Documents required from the student applying to enroll in the college:
1. Original preparatory school certificate ((document)) ((two colored copies))).
2. The central admission paper containing the student’s name.
3. School card.
4. Civil status ID or unified card ((two colored copies)).

5. Iraqi citizenship certificate or unified card ((two colored copies)).

6. Residence card ((two colored copies)).

7. Ration card ((two colored copies)).

8. Medical examination paper.

9. (6) color photographs with a white background in a special envelope.

10. A colored copy of the civil status ID card or the unified card of the father and mother.

11. The sponsor sponsors the student during the years of study, provided that the sponsor is a government employee ((in civil ministries only)).

NB:

- Storing all the documents requested by the student and fixing the document titles in Arabic on a laser disk.

- Bring the student’s assets and attend in person for registration and follow-up.

Documents required from the sponsor:

1. A letter of support from the sponsor’s department addressed to the College of Medicine/University of Kirkuk stating the nominal and total salary amount, job title, and that he be full-time.

2. Civil status ID or unified card ((two colored copies)).

3. Iraqi citizenship certificate or unified card ((two colored copies)).

4. Residence card ((two colored copies)).

5. Department ID ((two color copies)).

Note: Bring the original documents mentioned above to the sponsor and attend in person.

very important:

1- Colored copies of the student and sponsor’s documents, as follows, on an A4 sheet

2- Colored copies of the documents for the student’s housing card and ration card only, which are as follows and on an A4 sheet of paper.

3- Colored copies of the employee’s ID and sponsor’s residence card only, as follows on an A4 sheet

4- Finally, colored copies of the documents of the student’s father and mother, as follows, on an A4 sheet
