Registration and Student Affairs Department

The Registration Division was established at the beginning of the college's founding. The Registration Department is considered one of the important departments in the college, which has a role in the continuity of the educational process for students.

Division objectives

The Registration Department aims to take care of students and everything related to them, starting from the student’s registration and acceptance into the university until his graduation. The Registration Division is considered the link between the college and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and external parties on the other hand.

Main tasks

1- Registration of students accepted centrally (central, amendment of nomination, objections for students not registered for previous years, transfer from other colleges, admission of distinguished employees, acceptance of the institute’s distinguished students)
2- Providing scientific departments with information about students on an automated system and CDs
3- Keeping student files, which include all the student’s information and documents, information about the sponsor and his documents, and keeping them in a special room for files.
4- Providing the documentation unit with information about graduate students and their personal photos
5- Preparing student orders (direct attendance, absence, promotion, postponement, and work continuity) and determining the student’s daily, monthly, and annual position.
6- Providing students with certifications and medical examination
7- Preparing specialists for students in primary and postgraduate studies and sending them to the university.
8- Completing the paper and electronic transactions of students wishing to transfer from the college to other colleges
9- Complete the transactions of students wishing to amend the nomination on paper and electronically and send them to the university presidency
10-Completing the transactions of hosted students to and from the college
