Accounts Division

The Computers Department is one of the basic and important departments of the college. It was established since the beginning of the college’s founding during the academic year 2014.

Main tasks

1- Preparing salary lists for teachers and permanent employees and recording them in the salary register
2- Preparing and distributing lists of contracts
3- Paying the fees for additional lectures to the teaching staff in our college
4-Paying the wages of external lecturers
5-Disbursement of rewards according to administrative orders
6- Cutting off receipts for collecting the amounts received and depositing them with the presidency fund at the university due to the college’s connection to the presidency fund account.
7- Deducting the retirement share of state employees at a rate of 10% and 15% from the state contribution
8- Participation of all members of the Finance Committee in the committees formed in the college
9- Receiving lists from the Registration Division of the names of students included in the monthly scholarship, then calculating them, receiving the check from the university presidency, disbursing it according to the committee formed for this purpose, and distributing it to the students monthly.
